on 18 August 2001. However, you may register and
open a recycling account with us now. |

can I participate in the Recycling Insurance Scheme
and start a recycling account with RPDC? |

Firstly,
you have to log on to RPDC’s website and pledge
to be green, read through the terms and conditions
and complete the compulsory field with your personal
particulars. At the same time, you will accumulate
recyclable waste for recycling. |

How
can I deposit my recyclable waste? |

|
You
can deposit (drop off) your recyclables with your
account number at No 2 Kallang Avenue, Kallang
Bahru Complex ground floor, from 7pm to 9pm. |

What
will RPDC do with the recyclables after they have
been deposited at the above locations |
|

The
recyclables will be weighed and itemized. A number
of recycling points will be assigned according
to the points set in the valuation table and these
will be credited to your account accordingly.
However, kindly allow up to 3 days for your account
to be updated. |

What
are the recyclables that RPDC will be interested
to collect? |

|
Old
newspaper, original empty toner cartridges, aluminium
drink cans, electrical appliances, old clothes
(should be dry and not torn; panties, brief and
socks are not acceptable), old text/school books
